Activities at DCS

Dubai Carmel School focuses on activities for its students including sports, art, science, and religion.

Sports
Students participate in Gym classes, football, basketball, and spirited competitions with other schools in the area. Sport camp is also held in the school during the year.

Art
DCS students participate in competitions held by the Ministry Of Education (H.H. Princess Latifa's Award). Art exhibitions are held in the school throughout the year to help foster the creativity of students.

Science
Projects surrounding Environmental Issues and Conerns (e.g. Recycling and its impact) are carried out throughout the year. Additionally, students participate in school sponsored field trips to plants, farms, and museums. Computer classes are delivered to help students build their basic, intermediate, and advanced skills in Information Technology (IT).

Religion
Dubai Carmel School focuses on instilling Islamic values and education for all its students. Additionally, the school participates in the Ministry of Education competitions surrounding Qura'n recitation and Haddeeth.

Open Day
This is the time where parents are invited to see and hear their children present and participate on stage. This includes plays, Qura'n, poems, and speeches.

Focus on sports helps keep an active and alert mind! Our curriculum includes sports focus to grow the young minds of our children!
