Requirements
The following are the needed documents for new applicants:
1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Copies of passport and "Khulasat Al Kaid" for locals/Residency for non-locals
3. Five (5) color passport pictures
4. Copy of Health Card
5. Vaccination card
6. Transfer certificate for transferring students
Note that an initial interview and assessment will be conducted by the school to determined the level of the applicant and whether they qualify to attend Dubai Carmel School. The administration may decide to further conduct a written and verbal entrance exam as it sees fit.
Payment Policy & School Fees
Dubai Carmel School has a strict payment policy that satisfies and ensures the most conducive mechanism for both the parents and DCS. The policy is as follows:
1. Registration fee of 500 AED per child (non-refundable) is due in cash at the time of Registration
2. Fees are due in a maximum of three (3) payments as follows:
- Sep 10 – One third (1/3) of the invoice is due
- Dec 10 – The second third of the invoice is due
- Mar 10 – The final third of the invoice is due
Note: The school uses a world class computerized accounting system that maintains multi-year payment records. DCS reserves the right to refuse extending the payment plan to parents that have a bad payment history!
3. The first payment is due in Cash or Credit Card on the first day of enrollment
4. The second and third payments must be secured against two checks written for the benefit of Dubai Carmel School upon registration
5. Students will receive books, uniforms, and other school materials upon confirmation of first payment
6. The school will charge a 200 AED penalty for all returned checks. If the check is returned, the parent is liable for the full remaining balance of the invoice in cash plus the penalty of the returned check
7. Accounting will exercise strict rules in collections and will take legal action if parents default in payment

Note 1: Transportation is optional and has three
different zones based
on the location of your residence. Please contact the school's
transportation coordinator to identify the zone of your residence.
Note 2: Each additional child you enroll beyond the first one
will receive a 5% discount on fees and transportation.
